DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT
On confirmation of your reservation a deposit is required in the sum of 25% of the total cost - non refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 30 days or more cancellation notice - deposit only is charged.
29 - 7 days cancellation notice - deposit + 1 night charge.
Under 7 nights cancellation notice - deposit + 50% of total cost.
No Show - the full period will be charged.
For early departure the full period will be charged.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and require the exact details of the card including the full name printed and the security number.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, in which case we will forward to you a copy of our bank details.
A cheque in your local currency is acceptable (in which case our own in-house exchange rate will be used for final calculations). Or a cheque directly in Euro.
All cheques should be made payable to LA TORRETTA S.r.l. our official company name.
