The Palazzo restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine and regional specialities, with the emphasis on the use of fresh-fish, other sea-food and the finest local produce.
Each region of the country has its own specific recipes based on unique ingredients: the Palazzo respects these refined culinary traditions and expressions of the area's culture.
Some of the most characteristic ingredients are: Buffalo mozzarella, used for the typical dish 'La Caprese' with San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil; home-made local pasta 'fusilli'- spiral-shaped noodles; not to mention extra virgin olive oil from the Belmonte estate and famed white figs, both fresh and dried. Fish brought straight from the Gulf of Salerno is particularly delicious.
Romantic dinners take place al fresco on the suspended gardens of the Belvedere overlooking the sea: to dine here by candlelight under the stars to the gentle sound of the sea is truly memorable.
